Please try these tested recipes from Wisconsin 724 Reserve Aged CheddarCheese Garlic Grilled Egg Sandwich

Serving Size: 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 slices of Garlic flavored bread
2 eggs
1 ounce of Wisconsin 724 Reserve 7 year Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 ounce of sliced meat (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 slices of Garlic flavored bread
2 eggs
1 ounce of Wisconsin 724 Reserve 7 year Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 ounce of sliced meat (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Butter one side of each slice of the garlic flavored bread. Cook the eggs however you like them done, for this recipe I fried both eggs prior to assembling the sandwich. Once the eggs are cooked, place the buttered side of 1 slice of the bread in a pan over medium heat. Stack your meat, egg, sliced cheddar cheese, and top with the other piece of bread, butter side up.
Let cook on one side in the pan for a few minutes or until the bread is lightly brown, then flip the sandwhich. This is the tricky part so you may want to grab another spatula or knife to keep your sandwich together!
Once both pieces of bread are browned to your liking. serve with apple slices, your favorite berries, a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. To add a little spice to your sandwich, grab a spicy aoli or mayo.
