Cheddar Cauliflower Buffalo Dip

Ingredients:
16 ounces of frozen cauliflower
8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened & cubed
(1) 5 ounce bar of 3 Year-Wisconsin 724 Reserve Aged Cheddar
(1) 5 ounce bar of 7 Year-Wisconsin 724 Reserve Aged Cheddar
1 cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce (more or less to liking)
Cooking Directions:
Steam cauliflower until tender. Mash with a fork or blend in food processor.
Add mashed cauliflower, cream cheese, Wisconsin 724 Reserve Aged cheddar cheeses, hot sauce and ranch dressing into a crock pot.
Cook on low until all ingredients are well mixed and hot.
Serve with tortilla chips, bread or celery.
